This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Bouncey, LLC (“Bouncey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for rentals made through our platform. By booking or listing a rental on Bouncey, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Local Partner Policies

Bouncey operates as a marketplace connecting renters with local bounce house companies and owners. We generally follow the refund and cancellation policies of the local company providing the rental equipment.

Because policies can vary between different providers, it is important that you ask about and confirm the specific refund and cancellation terms for each rental at the time of booking.

2. Typical Industry Refund Norms

While local policies may differ, the bounce house rental industry commonly follows these refund practices:

Customer Cancellations:

  • Full refund if canceled more than 7 days before the rental date (excluding any processing fees).

  • Partial refunds (often 50%) for cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the rental.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental date.

Owner or Provider Cancellations:

  • Full refunds if the owner or rental company cancels the booking.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • Refunds or credits may be issued for cancellations due to severe weather, provided notice is given before rental setup begins.

No-Shows and Misuse:

  • No refunds for customers who fail to show up or violate rental terms.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

If eligible, refunds will be issued according to the provider’s policy or Bouncey’s discretion, and processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Bouncey’s Right to Refuse Refunds

Bouncey reserves the right to decline refund requests that:

  • Do not comply with the applicable local company’s policy

  • Lack timely notification or sufficient documentation

  • Appear to be fraudulent or abusive

All decisions regarding refunds are final.
